- Eligibility: We offer free delivery within a 10 km radius of Durban for orders totaling R500 or more.
- Delivery Time: Orders eligible for free delivery will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days.
2. Standard Delivery
- Delivery Fee: For orders outside the 10 km radius of Durban, a standard delivery fee of R180 will apply.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery orders will generally be delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Delivery Restrictions
- Geographical Limitations: We currently only deliver within South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is within our serviceable areas.
- Age Verification: As our products are age-restricted, the recipient must be at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays.
